Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant tech field and 6+ years of professional experience.
• Experience maintaining 24x7 systems availability and leading teams.
• Strong ITSM knowledge including incident, problem, change management.

Responsibilities

• Plans, assigns, schedules, leads, monitors and reviews the work of others with coaching and training.
• Provides input to performance evaluations and job-related training.
• Leads project teams in planning, analyzing, designing, testing and implementing complex IT systems.
• Provides technical leadership for end-user problem resolution and SOP-aligned projects.
• Leads disaster recovery planning and participates in ongoing leadership development.
