National Recovery Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across Operations, IT, Compliance, Legal, HR, Training, Client Services, and Executive Leadership. You will oversee software implementations, system integrations, and workflow improvements to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, IT, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional business or technology projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through implementation.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and executive status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Manage software implementations, system upgrades, and technology initiatives.
• Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and keep projects on schedule.
• Develop and improve SOPs and business processes.
• Support workflow automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Track project budgets, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Present updates and recommendations to executive leadership.
