The role emphasizes coaching leaders, driving inclusion, and leveraging data to improve business outcomes across technology. It partners with COEs and HR teams to execute the human capital strategy.

The position requires strategic influence at the executive level and a strong background in HR disciplines, analytics and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, HR, or related field.
• 10+ years of human resources, business or managerial experience.
• Experience consulting with senior leaders on organizational design and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute enterprise and business line talent strategies using recruiting, talent, learning and development, retention, engagement and organizational development.
• Consult with senior leaders on organizational design and effectiveness and act as a culture champion with inclusion.
• Lead workforce data and predictive analytics to support business metrics and decision making.
• Partner with HR COEs, Employee Services, and HR Strategy and Operations to plan and execute charter.
