Job summary

The North American Mission Board in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Technology Systems Administrator to keep the ministry's technology infrastructure safe, secure, and reliable. This Tier 1-2 role blends hands-on network and server administration with excellent customer service.

You will monitor network and server health, manage AD, Azure, Intune, Exchange Online, and UniFi networks, and help automate IT operations.

Qualifications

• Net+ certification required; 3–5 years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience with Windows Server, Windows 11, Mac OSX, Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, Intune, and UniFi networking.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network infrastructure and server health; monitor Azure network availability and maintenance.
• Manage Windows Server patch management and maintenance; troubleshoot server/infrastructure issues.
• Administer Active Directory accounts, permissions, and passwords; manage endpoints via Intune.
• Manage Exchange Online email, anti-spam, and virus protection.
• Use AI tools to automate IT operations and ensure cost-effective resource use.
• Administer UniFi network infrastructure across HQ and Ministry Centers.

**About the position**As a Technology Systems Administrator, you'll help keep NAMB's technology infrastructure safe, secure, and reliable — supporting the ministry's mission to share Christ, start churches, and send missionaries and volunteers.
