You will diagnose, resolve, and document issues while collaborating with colleagues and external partners.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel/Word/Outlook/Teams).

Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose hardware, software, printing, or network issues for employees.
• Evaluate resolutions and identify trends to prevent repeat problems.
• Record, track, and document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
• Deploy missing software updates, drivers, and diagnostic tools.
• Coordinate with Team Logic via phone and email for end-user issues.
• Build strong connections with outside partners when needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the IT Director.
• Requires frequent travel to off-site locations in the OKC metro area.
