Responsibilities

• Execute tasks and maintain security software.
• Assist with software applications (troubleshooting, website access, software access) to resolve problems.
• Develop and document procedures to efficiently resolve common problems.
• Provide technical help in person and over the phone.
• Document problems encountered and solutions; assist other technicians.
• Manage and complete projects assigned.
• Ensure compliance with software licensing by tracking purchases, keys and installations.
• Conduct in-service training for support staff.
• Install and test software as needed and assist in training.
