• Experience in managing or supporting IT systems is acceptable in lieu of degree requirements.

Responsibilities

• Works with Technology team to implement and maintain services and support district technology.
• Handles tickets through the district helpdesk system, triages issues, and escalates high-priority problems.
• Contributes to reliable and useful technology services across the district.
