JPMorganChase in corporate data center services is seeking a Technology Support Lead to head a team of engineers ensuring stability and performance of production data centers. You will oversee day-to-day maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements for a seamless user experience.

The role requires strong incident management, people leadership, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders while balancing operations with strategic initiatives across critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services.
• Proven experience leading technology support operations in a mission-critical, 24x7 data center environment.
• Demonstrated people management experience, including full-time employees and contract staff.
• Strong incident management and escalation leadership experience in high-availability environments.
• Ability to engage directly with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to balance day to day operational management with participation in strategic and project based initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees teams of technologists that provide end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery for the successful business operations of the firm
• Executes policies and procedures that ensure operational stability and availability
• Monitors production environments for anomalies, address issues, and drive evolution of utilization of standard observability tools
• Escalates and communicate issues and solutions to the business and technology stakeholders, actively participating from incident resolution to service restoration
• Leads incident, problem, and change management in support of full stack technology systems, applications, or infrastructure
