The Gatesworth, a luxury senior living community in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a Concierge to welcome residents and guests, assist with events, and handle basic tech support.

This role requires a friendly, reliable individual who enjoys interacting with people and maintaining a polished, safe environment. This position offers evenings and weekend availability, with on-site duties across the property, including walking on-site, door attendant service, valet, and assisting with vendors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Basic technology proficiency.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet residents, guests and vendors at the door.
• Assist with event setup and audio/visual equipment.
• Perform valet parking and escort residents/guests across the property.
• Walk dogs as requested and handle keyholder duties.
• Staff the security desk and direct visitors as needed.
• Provide basic tech support for cell phones and laptops.
• Other duties as assigned.

Schedule: Part-Time, Evenings and Weekends.

Saturdays: Day shift (9:00 am – 5:30 pm) or evening shift (4:30 pm – 9:00 pm)

Additional shifts may be available for pickup.

Please Note: This is an active, on-your-feet role with frequent walking and standing throughout your shift.

What You'll Do:

• Provide door attendant services and greet residents, guests, and vendors

• Assist with event setup and audio/visual equipment

• Perform valet parking

• Escort residents and guests throughout the property

• Walk dogs as requested

• Perform keyholder duties for residents as requested

• Staff the security desk — determine nature of business and direct visitors

• Provide basic tech support (cell phones, laptops, general troubleshooting)

• Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

• 2+ years of customer service experience (required)

• Valid driver's license (required)

• Basic technology proficiency

• Strong English communication skills (read, write, speak)

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to walk frequently throughout the property
