Job summary

The Gatesworth Communities in Missouri is seeking a Part-Time Door Attendant to warmly welcome residents, families, and visitors to our upscale senior living community in St. Louis.

This active, people-facing role keeps you on your feet for extended periods, providing door and valet services, monitoring the lobby, and upholding our high standards of hospitality.

Position wage is $16.00 per hour with Monday–Friday shifts from 4:30pm to 8:00pm, plus Wednesday evenings until 10pm and as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, senior living, or customer service preferred.
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving history.
• Professional appearance and friendly, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests, residents, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist with doors, directions, and packages.
• Provide valet services.
• Monitor the front lobby and entry points for safety.
• Remain on your feet throughout your shift.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality and care.
