Job summary

The Gatesworth in St. Louis, MO is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome residents and guests in a luxury senior living community. This part-time role requires evening and weekend shifts, patient interaction, and basic tech support for residents and visitors.

You'll greet people, assist with events, provide door attendant services, and help with parking and security desk duties, while maintaining a warm, service-oriented presence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (required).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• Basic technology proficiency.
• Strong English communication skills (read, write, speak).
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to walk frequently throughout the property.

Responsibilities

• Provide door attendant services and greet residents, guests, and vendors.
• Assist with event setup and audio/visual equipment.
• Perform valet parking.
• Escort residents and guests throughout the property.
• Walk dogs as requested.
• Perform keyholder duties for residents as requested.
• Staff the security desk — determine nature of business and direct visitors.
• Provide basic tech support (cell phones, laptops, general troubleshooting).
• Other duties as assigned.

Schedule: Part-Time, Evenings and Weekends.

Saturdays: Day shift (9:00 am – 5:30 pm) or evening shift (4:30 pm – 9:00 pm)

Additional shifts may be available for pickup.
