Job summary

Winter Services LLC is seeking a strategic, hands-on Vice President of Technology to oversee enterprise technology, IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and end-user support. You will drive technology strategy, lead IT teams, manage vendor partnerships, and ensure secure, scalable operations that support business growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• Strong background in infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
• Experience managing cloud and hybrid Microsoft environments across all IT.
• Knowledge of ERP platforms, BI tools, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise technology, IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and end-user support.
• Lead IT teams, manage vendor partnerships, and drive technology strategy.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and business continuity with cyber policies.
• Develop budgets, roadmaps, licensing, renewals, and cost-control initiatives.
• Provide executive leadership for major system implementations and integrations.
• Direct help desk and end-user support services.
