Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager in Technology Strategy to lead TBM engagements, drive cost transparency, and align IT investments with business goals. You will mentor teams, engage senior stakeholders, and shape roadmaps for large, complex clients across TBM, ITFM, and FinOps.

You will collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Cloud, and other practices to deliver integrated solutions, participate in business development, and contribute to thought leadership across technology value management.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in strategy consulting at a firm.
• 8+ years in two areas: operating model, TBM/ITFM/cost take-out, or AI-enabled transformation.
• 5+ years writing business cases.
• 5+ years leading large, cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Lead complex Technology Strategy and TBM engagements, ensuring on-time delivery and client value.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and develop junior staff.
• Build relationships with senior client executives and act as trusted advisor on technology investments.
• Develop technology strategy, operating models, and transformation roadmaps for large organizations.
• Support sales and business development and contribute to thought leadership in TBM, ITFM, and FinOps.
