Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Senior IT Asset Management (ITAM) Process Manager to lead the team responsible for the ITAM lifecycle, governance, and compliance across hardware, software, cloud and emerging tech. You will partner with risk, audit, data management and stakeholders to ensure process maturity and operational excellence.

You will drive process policy, controls, metrics, and change management while mentoring staff and building capability to meet regulatory obligations and enterprise

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Asset Management (ITAM), SACM, CMDB, or related governance experience.
• Strong understanding of process management, risk management, and control frameworks.
• Experience supporting regulatory, compliance, and audit activities.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or CMDB platforms.

Responsibilities

• Builds and manages teams by performing financial activities to inform workforce strategy and hiring practices.
• Facilitates performance and career development through reviews and coaching.
• Manages solution delivery and application performance in production with audit and security considerations.
• Leads stakeholder collaboration across business and technology partners.
• Contributes to the technology strategy for their domain.
• Drives continuous improvement and process maturity initiatives.
