Job summary

Publicis Sapient seeks a Technology Strategy Senior Principal to grow the Technology Strategy & Advisory practice. You will shape goal-oriented digital business transformations, delivering strategic guidance in early transformation stages and working in multidisciplinary teams to frame downstream work.

You will lead large teams, contribute to recruiting, define operating models, and develop new technology strategy offerings and client engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Strategy and/or Technology Consulting experience in a global firm.
• Experience with large-scale transformations and corporate strategy.
• Experience with product mindset and Agile ways of working.
• Understanding of consumer-focused technology components (interactive, marketing, commerce, loyalty, data).
• Ability to interpret technology artifacts and data flow diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large teams to deliver technology strategy and transformation value.
• Participate in building the technology strategy advisory practice, recruiting and defining ways of working.
• Devise technology strategy offerings, proposals, and new business opportunities.
• Manage teams to produce high-quality client recommendations.
• Build trusted client relationships through credibility and active listening.
• Provide thought leadership to shape top-down digital transformation roadmaps.
