Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Technology Strategy Senior Principal to shape digital business transformations for clients. You will lead multidisciplinary teams in strategy, experience and data to deliver strategic guidance early in the transformation journey.

In this role, you will build technology strategy offerings, guide senior stakeholders, recruit, and drive thought leadership while delivering high-impact client recommendations and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Strategy and/or Technology Consulting experience within a global major consulting firm.
• Experience with large-scale transformations in corporate strategy at a global scale.
• Experience with product mindset and Agile ways of working.
• Understanding of consumer-focused technology components including interactive, marketing, commerce, loyalty, personalization, transactional, integration/API, cloud, and data.
• Ability to interpret and create technology artifacts such as architecture diagrams, data dictionaries, and data flow diagrams.
• Ability to navigate a large organization and persuade stakeholders through content and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead large teams to deliver value-accretive technology strategy and transformation.
• Actively participate in entrepreneurial construction of the technology strategy consulting team: support recruiting process, define ways of working, contribute thought leadership.
• Devise technology strategy related product offerings, proposals and develop new business.
• Effectively manage team to produce quality client recommendations.
• Build trusted relationship with clients based on credibility and active listening.
• Provide thought leadership to shape and scope top-down 'answer' on building digital business transformation road maps.
