Job summary

Publicis Sapient seeks a Technology Strategy Senior Principal to lead large, outcome-driven tech strategy and transformation initiatives for major clients. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to craft goal-oriented digital business transformations and provide strategic guidance early in engagements.

You will help shape the technology strategy practice, recruit, define ways of working, and develop new offerings while guiding teams to produce high-impact client recommendations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Strategy and/or Technology Consulting experience within a global major consulting firm.
• Experience with large-scale transformations within corporate strategy at a global scale and reach.
• Experience with product mindset and Agile ways of working.
• Thorough understanding of consumer-focused technology including interactive, marketing, commerce, loyalty, personalization, transactional, integration/API, cloud, and data.
• Ability to interpret and create technology artifacts, diagrams, data dictionaries and data flows.
• Ability to navigate a large organization with persuasion through content and confidence.
• Experience with IT transformation including modern operating models and organization structures.
• Design and facilitate effective client workshops to accelerate current state understanding and build consensus.

• Actively participate in the entrepreneurial construction of the technology strategy consulting team: support recruiting, define ways of working, contribute thought leadership.
• Devise technology strategy related product offerings, proposals and develop new business.
• Effectively manage team to produce quality client recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with clients based on credibility and active listening.
• Provide thought leadership to shape and scope top-down digital transformation road maps.
