Job summary

Publicis Sapient is hiring a Technology Strategy Senior Principal to shape digital business transformations. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to craft technology-driven strategies and advise early in client engagements.

Lead large programs, contribute to the growth of the Technology Strategy & Advisory practice, and help design offerings and go-to-market strategies for global clients in North America.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Strategy and/or Technology Consulting experience within a global major consulting firm.
• Prior experience with large-scale transformations within corporate strategy at a global scale and reach.
• Experience with product mindset and Agile ways of working.
• Thorough understanding of consumer-focused technology components including interactive, marketing, commerce, loyalty, personalization, transactional, integration/API, cloud, and data.
• Ability to interpret and create technology artifacts, diagrams and data dictionaries.
• Ability to navigate a large organization and persuade with content and confidence.
• Experience with IT transformation including modern operating models and organization structures.
• Design and facilitate effective client workshops to accelerate current state understanding and build consensus.
