Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise IT operations and strategic initiatives.
• Strong background in Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, cloud/hybrid environments, and IAM.
• Experience implementing and managing security technologies such as firewalls.
• Proven ability to balance business enablement with risk management.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's technology strategy and roadmap.
• Lead IT teams, vendors, and external technology partners.
• Oversee enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, networking, and cybersecurity programs.
