Job summary

LHH in Fort Worth, TX seeks an experienced Director of Information Technology to lead the organization's technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud environments, vendor relationships, and IT operations.

This role combines boardroom discussions with hands-on technical reviews across networking, security, and emerging technologies, directing a cross-functional team to enable secure, scalable operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading enterprise infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud environments.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, cybersecurity governance, and infrastructure modernization.
• Experience managing technology vendors and strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated success leading complex projects from planning through execution.
• Knowledge of physical technology infrastructure including security systems and surveillance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Technology Leadership: develop and execute IT strategy and long-term roadmap.
• Cybersecurity & Risk Management: own cybersecurity strategy, governance, and incident response.
• Infrastructure, Networking & Cloud Operations: lead complex hybrid cloud environment and networking.
• Security Systems & Physical Technology: oversee security camera networks and related tech.
• Leadership & Team Development: mentor a cross-functional IT team and drive accountability.
