Job summary

Unum seeks a Senior Vice President, Technology Strategy & Enablement to guide the technology organization’s strategic direction and governance. You will align investments, practices, and partnerships with enterprise priorities while enabling scalable delivery across product, data, and security functions.

You will partner with CIO leadership to drive roadmap, portfolio health, and enterprise technology initiatives in a large, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within technology organizations.
• Significant executive-level experience in technology strategy, transformation, portfolio management, governance, or management.
• Experience advising CIOs/CDOs/CTOs and leading large-scale technology transformations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise technology strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
• Lead governance of technology investment portfolios and delivery performance.
• Drive agile enablement, vendor strategy, and financial management for technology.
