Ensono is seeking a Chief Technical Advisor to lead technology strategy for our largest clients, driving innovation and transformation aligned with business goals. You will translate business needs into actionable roadmaps, advocate standard architectures, and collaborate with product, sales, and operations to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer sciences.
• Major industry accreditations / certifications.
• 15+ years of experience as an architect in the hosting and network space in either a consulting environment or with a managed service provider.
• Must have deep consulting or managed services experience in hosting, infrastructure, or cloud environments
• Should demonstrate experience with large enterprise clients and complex, multi-year engagements
• Proven track record of translating business objectives into technology strategy (not just technical problem-solving)
• Proven experience in managing projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing multi-phase/multi-dimensional/multi-resource projects to conclusion while maintaining high client satisfaction
• Deep experience public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid solutions preferred
• Full stack hosting knowledge: compute, storage, networking, security, disaster recovery, DevOps
• Deep understanding of enterprise sales process, particularly Infrastructure-as-a-Service (ITO) deals
• Resourceful and confident in Crisis and Expectation management and confident under pressure
• Technical documentation to capture solution components in a timely manner while ensuring acceptable level of detail, data integrity, and accountability
• Ability to share knowledge and expertise among various organizations within the company and to facilitate teamwork among those organizations to better serve our clients
• Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient with common office applications such as MS Outlook, MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Visio
• Must have executive presence and ability to speak fluently with C-suite and senior technical leaders
• Proven ability to influence complex decisions through clear storytelling and business case development
• Comfort presenting to diverse audiences—business leaders, IT teams, boards of directors

• Inform client about emerging technologies for infrastructure needs
• Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and value
• Collaborate with Sales and Consulting to create Pursuit and Sales strategies
• Lead discovery and assessment workshops with cross-functional teams
• Present solutions and business cases to executives and senior leaders
• Guide adoption of standard reference architectures and design patterns
