Responsibilities

• Leads the strategy and management of a technology portfolio with a multi-year roadmap, clear value outcomes, and measurable business impact; ensures a balanced plan across delivery speed, cost, risk, and long-term sustainability.
• Provides executive-level leadership and presence: engages directly with senior leaders to shape priorities and investment decisions; communicates complex technology in business terms.
• Leads large-scale, cross-organization initiatives spanning teams and domains with aligned execution across stakeholders.
• Drives transformation of technology, operating model, and delivery practices to own outcomes and sustained improvements.
• Ensures projects and KTLO activities meet commitments, delivering value with high quality and reliability.
• Strengthens governance, standards, and architectural discipline at portfolio scale; improves adoption and ensures policy compliance.
• Owns portfolio financial stewardship: budgets, investment allocation, and cost transparency for major initiatives.
• Leads vendor and partner strategy and monitors performance and risk across engagements.
• Builds and develops high-performing teams through talent strategy, coaching, and succession planning.
