AMSOIL INC. is expanding its leadership team with a Director of Business Technology Strategy at our Superior, Wisconsin location. This role partners with senior leaders to align business priorities with technology opportunities and shapes enterprise technology direction.

The position operates on a hybrid schedule in Superior, WI, with on-site days and strategic collaboration across disciplines to drive modernization and efficiency across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, MIS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in technology strategy and related disciplines.
• Experience partnering with senior business and technology leaders to implement technology-enabled solutions.
• Experience with enterprise application strategy and technology investment evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with business leaders to understand objectives and opportunities.
• Serve as a strategic technology advisor to business and technology leaders.
• Translate business needs into technology-enabled opportunities with leaders.
• Lead enterprise business capability planning to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Own and maintain enterprise application strategy in partnership with technology leaders.
• Guide portfolio rationalization to maximize investments and reduce debt.
