Responsibilities

• Develops and executes technology strategies, policies, standards, roadmaps, budgets, and priorities.
• Architects, implements, administers, secures, and troubleshoots networks, servers, endpoints, identity platforms, cloud services, and collaboration systems.
• Manages SaaS/PaaS/IaaS with emphasis on Azure and identity, endpoint, security, and collaboration tools; evaluates cloud services for security and compliance.
• Leads cybersecurity accountability and incident response; supports cyber risk governance and audits.
• Collaborates with UTSA teams to ensure compliant IT infrastructure and security practices.
