Job summary

NAI Burns Scalo in Pittsburgh is seeking a Technology Strategist to lead the technology roadmap, align priorities with business goals, and drive systems optimization across the organization. You will oversee AI and automation initiatives, manage third-party IT partners, and partner with leaders to deliver scalable solutions while ensuring strong governance and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the technology roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
Evaluate and optimize solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
Lead optimization of core business systems including Yardi, CRM, and reporting.
Identify and promote responsible AI and automation across the organization.
Develop standards and best practices to support adoption of new tech.
Lead technology initiatives, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
Coordinate with leadership and regional offices to identify tech needs and implement solutions.
Manage relationships with outsourced IT providers and technology vendors.
Oversee user support, licensing, and system administration activities.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and evaluation of future tech investments.
Stay aware of emerging technology trends and cybersecurity developments.
