Job summary

Greenspring is seeking a Director of Technology to drive technology strategy, governance, and transformation across our offices in Towson, Lancaster, and NYC. You will bridge business and technology, optimize processes, and lead vendors and teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve client experiences.

The role emphasizes AI, automation, data management, change management, and strong leadership to align IT with strategic goals. Travel to offices is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technology experience with CRM workflows, cybersecurity, AI adoption, change management, data management, and project execution.
• Experience in financial services/wealth management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate AI/automation to improve productivity and client service.
• Partner with executives to identify growth opportunities through technology.
• Act as primary technology leader and advisor on risks and opportunities.
• Manage technology team and IT budget/resources.
• Oversee managed service provider, cybersecurity, and contracts.
