Our client is seeking a Senior Vice President, IT Infrastructure, Data, AI & Operations to lead a broad technology organization responsible for the systems and services that keep the business running. • Compensation: This is job is expected to pay a base salary around $275k plus bonus

What You’ll Do:

• Lead an IT organization of approximately 60 employees and outside resources across infrastructure, systems, networking, application support, IT operations, data, and emerging AI capabilities.
• Drive operational maturity through stronger processes, KPIs, governance, reliability, uptime, vendor management, maintenance contracts, and capital planning.
• Provide leadership for the Data organization while helping guide how AI capabilities integrate with the broader technology environment and business priorities.
• Develop directors and technology leaders, establish clear accountability, and build a high-performing culture across multiple technical functions.
• Balance day-to-day operational stability with longer-term technology planning, modernization, and the evolving needs of the business.

What Gets You the Job:

• Significant senior technology leadership experience overseeing large, complex IT organizations, including infrastructure, systems, networking, operations, and enterprise support.
• Proven success leading leaders, developing teams, and improving operational discipline in environments undergoing growth, change, or increased organizational maturity.
• Strong experience with vendor management, budgeting, capital planning, governance, service metrics, and highly available technology environments.
• Experience in gaming, hospitality, or another highly regulated, mission-critical environment is preferred, along with the ability to successfully complete required compliance requirements and obtain applicable gaming certification or licensing.
• Understanding of enterprise data and how AI capabilities can integrate into a broader technology organization; direct AI leadership experience is not required.
