You will assist with deployment, operation, and maintenance of technology, and maintain inventory while delivering strong customer service to students, staff and parents.
The role requires proficiency with Microsoft 365, iPads/iPadOS, and Windows, plus a valid fingerprint check and Arizona driver's license.

The Technology Specialist I position requires experience with a range of technologies, but specifically iPads in education is desired. This position will be the first point of contact for all support requests, escalating tickets based on workload and difficulty, and assist with the inventory, maintenance, and deployment of technology throughout the campuses. The Technology Specialist I reports to the Director of Technology and provides various levels of support, as assigned.
