Job summary

Cencora seeks an experienced sourcing leader to own a technology category, drive its short- and long-term roadmap, and lead sourcing events from design to award. You will manage supplier performance, contracts, and risk while aligning with technology leaders on demand and renewals.

The role requires 10+ years in strategic sourcing, 4+ years in technology/data sourcing, and strong negotiation skills. Full-time, on-site in the United States with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, computer science, information systems, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 10+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement; 4+ years in technology or data sourcing; 5+ years in management.
• Experience negotiating complex technology contracts and managing $50M+ annual spend.
• Ability to partner with technology leaders and manage forward demand, renewals, and category roadmaps.
• Proficiency with procurement tools such as SAP Ariba or Coupa.

Responsibilities

• Direct technology category strategies, sourcing plans, and renewal calendars.
• Lead sourcing events, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and awards.
• Manage supplier performance, contract compliance, and risk across the portfolio.
• Oversee budgets, savings tracking, and delivery plans with metrics.
• Coach a team of sourcing professionals and ensure accountability.
