Job summary

Cencora is seeking a seasoned Procurement Leader to own technology sub-categories, shaping roadmaps, demand forecasting, and supplier strategies. You will drive end-to-end sourcing events, negotiate favorable terms, and monitor contract performance to optimize total cost of ownership.

As a mature leader, you will manage budgets, lead a small team of sourcing professionals, and partner with Technology leaders to ensure strategic alignment and value delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA or master’s) preferred to support advanced sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Directs technology category strategies and roadmaps aligned to demand and cost targets.
• Leads sourcing events, evaluations, negotiations, and award recommendations.
• Oversees supplier performance, contract compliance, and issue resolution.
• Manages category budgets, savings tracking, and delivery plans.
• Supports talent development and coaches team performance.
