Job summary

Cencora seeks an experienced technology category leader to own the category roadmap, drive forward-demand planning, and manage enterprise supplier relationships. You will translate roadmaps into sourcing plans and lead a team of category owners to deliver sustained value and risk management.

The role emphasizes aggressive negotiation, governance, and collaboration with senior technology leaders to achieve strategic objectives and measurable savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 12+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management.
• 8+ years in a management capacity; experience leading managers or senior ICs.
• Experience negotiating technology supplier contracts and portfolios >$100M.

Responsibilities

• Directs technology category strategies, demand assessment, and value engineering initiatives.
• Leads multi-year category planning, sourcing execution, and supplier selection.
• Oversees negotiations, master agreements, and contract terms to optimize TCO.
• Manages governance, risk, and performance metrics across categories.
• Leads team performance, capability development, and workforce planning.
