Job summary

Cencora is seeking a senior sourcing leader to own a technology category within its global indirect spend. You will build the category plan, run RFx events, negotiate terms, and manage supplier performance while aligning with demand and budgets.

You will lead a small team of sourcing professionals, drive forward category strategies, and collaborate with Technology leaders to optimize total cost of ownership and supply continuity across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years in strategic sourcing and procurement, with 4+ years in technology or data sourcing.
• 5+ years in a management capacity.
• Proven track record negotiating and managing complex technology contracts and portfolios of $50M+.

Responsibilities

• Directs technology category strategies, sourcing plans, renewal calendars, and pipeline priorities.
• Leads sourcing events, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and award recommendations.
• Directs supplier performance, contract compliance, and issue resolution across the portfolio.
• Manages category budgets, savings tracking, and delivery plans with metrics.
• Leads a team of sourcing professionals and ensures governance and risk management.
