Job summary
Marine Solutions is seeking a Technology Solutions Manager in Kentucky to drive a varied portfolio of technology initiatives. You will partner with Engineering, Construction, field operations, Safety, project management, and corporate functions to translate business needs into practical technical solutions, combining hands-on work with leadership of projects and consultants.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience delivering technology projects.
- Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Technology Solutions roadmap.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
- Design, build, integrate, and maintain business apps and dashboards.
- Develop data workflows, APIs, and automated processes.
- Evaluate AI-enabled solutions with testing and controls.
- Lead platforms, data visuals, and digital delivery initiatives.
- Manage projects, vendors, and knowledge transfer through delivery.
- Drive adoption and ongoing support with security considerations.
