Marine Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Technology Solutions Manager to own a portfolio of technology initiatives that align with strategic priorities.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Construction, field operations, Safety, project management, and corporate functions to translate business needs into practical technical solutions. This role blends hands‑on technical work with project and consultant leadership, focusing on business apps, automation, data workflows, and AI‑enabled solutions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in software development, application integration, business systems, automation, or related technology delivery, including hands‑on development of business applications and leadership of technology projects.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and lead projects from concept through adoption.
• Experience with secure software development, cloud deployment, authentication/authorization, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Technology Solutions roadmap based on business value, feasibility, cost, risk, and maintainability.
• Lead projects, consultants, vendors, and technical contributors from scope through implementation and support.
• Design, build, configure, integrate, and maintain business applications, dashboards, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain data workflows, APIs, and integrations to improve data quality and reduce redundant work.
• Drive adoption, training, and continuous improvement in partnership with IT for security and reliability.
