Job summary

Fairview Health Services is seeking a Technology Solutions Analyst to automate processes, oversee projects, and ensure data accuracy and efficiency across the organization. You will collaborate with multiple departments to streamline operations, support strategic initiatives, develop automated processes, and manage data and reports.

Ideal candidates bring 2-4 years of analytics or process improvement experience, proficiency with Power BI and Power Automate, plus strong communication and project

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in business analyst or process improvement roles.
• Proficiency in process analysis and improvement techniques.
• Experience with Power Suite tools (Power BI, Power Automate) developing dashboards and automating workflows.
• Understanding of business processes and requirements gathering with stakeholder interviews.
• Ability to document detailed reports and process documentation.
• Project management experience on small to medium projects.
• Root cause analysis and identifying improvement opportunities.

• Defining and tracking KPIs in projects.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed process analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, using data analysis techniques.

Job Overview

The Technology Solutions Analyst is responsible for automating processes, providing oversight on various projects, and ensuring data accuracy and efficiency within the organization. This role involves collaborating with multiple departments to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and support strategic initiatives. The analyst will develop and implement automated processes, manage data, analyze and consolidate data, generate reports, and continuously identify opportunities for process improvement. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed process analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, using data analysis techniques.
• Develop and implement process improvement plans and strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Facilitate process improvement workshops and training sessions to gather input and share best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for process improvements.
• Analyze data to identify trends and root causes of process issues, using tools like Power BI.

Required Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field or
• Combination Education & Experience
• 2-4 years of experience in roles such as business analyst or process improvement analyst, including conducting detailed process assessments and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Proficiency in process analysis and improvement techniques.
• Experience with Power Suite tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate), demonstrated by developing dashboards and automating workflows in a professional setting.
• Understanding of business processes and requirements gathering, shown by conducting stakeholder interviews and documenting requirements in project work.
• Ability to create detailed documentation and reports, evidenced by writing comprehensive process documentation and reports in previous job responsibilities.
• Project management skills, with experience managing small to medium-sized projects, including planning, executing, and closing projects.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and identify improvement opportunities, demonstrated by analyzing process issues and proposing solutions in project work.
• Experience with workflow automation and optimization, using tools like Power Automate to streamline business processes.
• Communication and presentation skills, developed through presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders in professional experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, shown by multitasking and prioritizing work in previous job responsibilities.
• Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, demonstrated by defining and tracking KPIs in project work.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow (SN) or similar tools, demonstrated by configuring and using the platform for process management in a professional setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• M.A./M.S. Pursuing / wanting to pursue an advanced degree
• Experience within the Healthcare Industry.

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
