Latham & Watkins is seeking an Associate Director of Technology Services for the New York office. You will lead delivery and continual improvement of tech services, including support, hardware deployment, inventory, and lifecycle practices, coordinating with global teams to meet business needs.

Requirements include extensive ITIL-based experience, strong leadership, and a track record of driving performance in a large enterprise technology environment.

Formación

• Six+ years of experience managing a Technology support team.
• Six+ years of experience supporting enterprise level technology systems.
• Five+ years of oversight of technology service delivery management in a standards-based ITIL environment.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of and experience supporting desktop applications, systems configuration, networking and telecommunications.
• Experience with ITIL and service management practices and continual improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery, execution, and continual improvement of technology services for the New York office.
• Oversee daily operations, help desk support, hardware deployment, and asset management.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL and other standards-based service management practices, including incident response and escalation.
• Coordinate with Global Tech leaders to align service delivery with office needs.
• Protect highly sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information.
