Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking an Associate Director of Technology Services in New York to lead the NY office’s technology services as part of Global Technology. You’ll manage daily operations, support, deployment, asset management, and lifecycle practices, aligning with firm strategy.

You’ll work with stakeholders to ensure high-quality, customer-focused services, oversee incident response, and drive continual improvement across technology delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years managing a technology support team.
• Minimum 6 years supporting enterprise-level technology systems.
• Minimum 5 years overseeing technology service delivery in an ITIL environment.
• Strong leadership with a track record of continual improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and continual improvement of technology services for the NY office.
• Oversee help desk, hardware/software deployment, asset management, and lifecycle practices.
• Coordinate incident response and manage escalations for outages or interruptions.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure alignment with business needs and strategy.
• Protect highly sensitive and confidential information and ensure security controls.
