We’re seeking a highly customer-focused Technology Service Analyst to join the Service Desk team and provide responsive technical support to lawyers and business professionals. This role combines advanced troubleshooting, IT asset management, audiovisual support, user training, and project coordination to ensure that employees have a reliable and effective technology experience.
Work Schedule: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Join a collaborative Technology team supporting the firm’s lawyers and business professionals. This role offers the opportunity to solve challenging technical problems, support critical meetings and events, and contribute to technology initiatives that improve the firm’s day-to-day operations and client service.

This position may be filled in the following location. The listed compensation range reflects the typical pay for this role, though it is rare for new hires to receive an offer at the top of the range. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
New York compensation range: $82,140 to $127,890 annually
