The role focuses on digital selling and leveraging Ricoh hardware, software, and services to boost mind share and brand loyalty at the dealer level. The TSC will influence dealer sales managers and reps, develop customized programs, and lead strategic initiatives across dealer networks.

Qualifications

• Proven selling and presentation skills for complex hardware, software, and solutions.
• Ability to consult dealer principals on management and strategy.
• Strong business and financial acumen; capable of analytical and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth initiatives with Dealers and drive digital sales value.
• Influence dealer sales organizations and build cross-dealer connections.
• Create programs, training, and field activities for seasoned and new reps.
• Differentiate Ricoh offerings in dealer activities and sales motions.
• Travel up to 50% for dealer GDP negotiations, planning, and meetings.
• Support Ricoh’s digital transformation aligned to dealer goals.
