Job summary
Broadridge Financial Solutions seeks a Technology Risk Director to lead risk assessment and governance across infrastructure, cloud, applications, cybersecurity, data, and emerging technologies.
The role partners with engineering, cybersecurity, and business teams to identify and manage technology risks, develop risk policies, and provide independent risk perspectives on key technology decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Technology Risk or related disciplines.
- Experience assessing risks in cloud, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, or technology transformations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technology risk assessments across infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, and technology services.
- Identify technology risks, control gaps, and potential business impacts.
- Monitor and track technology risk remediation activities through closure.
- Support Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and technology risk governance activities.
- Review new technology initiatives from a risk perspective; provide independent risk perspectives on technology decisions.
- Develop risk policies, standards, and governance processes for technology risk.
