Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Senior IT Audit Director to lead the global technology audit plan across a complex fintech environment. You will report to the Head of IT Audit and manage a distributed team across regions, elevating audit quality and data-driven insights.

The role covers cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, SDLC controls, and IT general controls, with emphasis on risk-based assurance and senior stakeholder communication. Domestic and international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT audit, technology risk, or related leadership experience.
• CISA certification preferred; CISSP/CCSP/CRISC/CIA are a plus.
• Experience leading audits in fintech or technology-intensive sectors.
• Strong knowledge of ITGC, SOX readiness, cloud risk, and cybersecurity controls.
• Experience with GRC platforms and data-enabled auditing approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a risk-based technology audit plan aligned to priorities and regulations.
• Lead technology risk assessments across ITGC, SOX readiness, cybersecurity, cloud, and IAM.
• Direct end-to-end audits of AWS/cloud, product engineering, SDLC, vulnerability management.
• Provide assurance using frameworks such as NIST CSF, COBIT, ISO 27001, SOC 1/2, HIPAA, PCI DSS.
• Oversee reviews of blockchain, AI/GPT, digital assets, and other emerging tech.
• Evaluate IT general controls and support SOX/ITGC readiness.
• Produce committee-ready reporting with clear remediation actions.
• Coach a distributed team across the US and internationally.
• Advance GRC tool usage and data-driven audit insights.
