Job summary

CRH is seeking a Senior Internal Audit Manager - Technology (Construction) to lead IT and cyber risk audits from our Atlanta office. You will manage engagements, coach teams, and provide pragmatic recommendations across SAP, OT, ERP and cloud environments. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

The role requires extensive IT audit experience, SOX knowledge, and certifications such as CISA/CISSP. This is a hybrid role with travel to CRH locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, cybersecurity or related field.
• Professional certifications in IT risk, security or audit are highly desirable.
• Extensive experience with IT audit, SOX controls and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT and cyber risk based audits across technology landscapes.
• Grow and coach audit teams while delivering high-quality audits.
• Assess IT, ERP, OT and digital control environments and provide actionable recommendations.
• Drive SOX compliance and audit transformation projects, including data analytics.
• Build relationships with IT, security, finance and operations stakeholders.
