Job summary

CRH, a global materials group, is seeking a Senior Internal Audit Manager – Technology in Atlanta (hybrid). You will lead IT and cyber audits across ERP, OT, and AI domains, guiding teams through complex risk landscapes with strong analytical and communication skills.

You will influence risk management, drive data analytics and automation, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance control environments and efficiency within CRH globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, cybersecurity, finance with IT focus, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT audit/technology risk experience, at manager level or equivalent.
• Active professional certification such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, RE, or equivalent.
• Experience in SOX, governance, internal controls, compliance and substantive testing.
• Extensive experience auditing SAP ECC/SAP HANA and OT/ICS environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver IT audit engagements within the annual plan, including scoping, execution and reporting on risk-based audits.
• Develop and coach audit teams; foster a high-performing culture built on trust and collaboration.
• Assess and improve IT, cyber, ERP, AI, and OT control environments; provide pragmatic risk-based recommendations.
• Drive technology-enabled audit transformation with governance, standards, and SOX methodologies.
• Build strong relationships with IT, security, finance and operations as a trusted advisor.
