Job summary

CRH is seeking a Senior Internal Audit Manager, Technology, to lead a high‑performing team across CRH’s global IT landscape. You will drive risk‑based audits of IT, cyber, ERP, AI and OT environments, and deliver pragmatic recommendations that balance risk and efficiency.

You will develop talent, collaborate with IT, security, finance and operations, and guide governance and SOX controls while advancing technology risk maturity across the group. Hybrid work in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years IT audit or technology risk experience at manager level or equivalent.
• CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC or equivalent certification.
• Experience in SOX, governance, internal controls, testing.
• SAP ECC and/or SAP HANA experience.
• IT infrastructure, cloud, AI, network and cyber security experience.
• Data analytics/automation familiarity with tools like Alteryx/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver IT audit engagements per annual plan.
• Develop and coach audit teams across CRH sites.
• Assess IT, cyber, ERP, AI, OT control environments and provide pragmatic recommendations.
• Drive audit transformation with SOX, governance, and methodology.
• Build relationships with IT, security, finance and operations stakeholders.
• Identify emerging tech risks and propose innovative solutions using analytics.
