Job summary

PNC is seeking a Technical Risk Advisor to support the Technology Change Management program across multiple U.S. locations. The role emphasizes risk identification, governance, and collaboration with technology teams to ensure policy adherence.

You will work with infrastructure, data, information security, MIS, and governance domains to drive risk-informed decisions, mentor teams, and lead process improvements, training, and communications with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination may be considered.
• ServiceNow Change module experience and certifications in ITIL, Tech Risk, Cyber Security or AI are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Influences planning and execution of the technology risk management program and communication strategies.
• Leverages SME knowledge to identify, assess, and mitigate technology risks and communicates with leadership.
• Leads risk management activities, training, and regular discussions with senior technology leaders.
• Interprets security and threat intelligence to inform mitigation strategies.
