Job summary

PNC is seeking a Technical Risk Advisor to join its Technology Change Management team. Based in Dallas, Pittsburgh, Phoenix, Strongsville, Birmingham, or Denver, you will lead risk management initiatives, advise technology leaders, and drive process improvements within ITSM and governance frameworks.

You will leverage expertise in Change, Incident, Problem, and Knowledge Management, with preferred familiarity in ServiceNow and ITIL/ISACA certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience with Technology Change Management policies, procedures, processes and controls.
• Experience with multiple ITSM disciplines and interdependencies of Change, Incident, Problem, and Knowledge Management.
• Experience with Technology Processes, Risks, and Controls; process-improvement methods; Change module of ServiceNow is a plus with relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Influences planning and execution of the technology risk management program and communications strategies.
• Builds and manages relationships with technology leadership to monitor and communicate risk issues.
• Leads coordination and execution of risk management activities to meet regulatory expectations and align with risk appetite.
• Acts as escalation point and SME in technology risk and governance frameworks to address risk exposures.
• Interprets security and threat intelligence to inform mitigation strategies and risk analyses.
