Qualifications

• Experience with Technology Change Management policies, procedures, processes, and controls.
• Experience with ITSM and interdependencies of Change, Incident, Problem, and Knowledge Management.
• Experience with Technology Processes, Risks, and Controls.
• Experience with Process Improvement methods.
• Certifications in ITIL, Tech Risk (ISACA), Cyber Security or AI are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Influences the planning and execution of the technology risk management program and communication strategies.
• Builds and manages relationships with technology leadership to monitor and communicate risk issues.
• Leads coordination and execution of risk management activities across technology segments to meet regulatory expectations.
• Serves as an escalation point and SME in technology environments, risk, and governance frameworks.
• Interprets security and threat intelligence to assess impact and inform mitigation strategies.
