• Establishes and drives governance processes, ensuring accountability and adoption of risk policies and standards.
• Directs complex risk identification and assessment with focus on emerging technologies and cross-functional exposures.
• Acts as trusted advisor to senior technology leadership, influencing decisions and enabling timely escalation/resolution of risks.
• Oversees risk reporting, metrics, and analytics, fostering a risk-aware culture.
