Job summary

Huntington is seeking an IT Risk Director to provide independent, expert risk oversight for Information and Technology Availability and Value Delivery. This senior role partners with 1st line risk teams and business units to ensure resilient technology delivery and meaningful risk insights presented to the Board.

The role leads a high-performing team, shapes risk strategy, and owns cross-domain risk ownership across IT, including Agile/DevOps environments, resiliency, and change/incident

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in a related IT risk or leadership role.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to influence across a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performing IT Risk team.
• Provide risk management leadership across IT risks.
• Lead the IT Risk Program strategy and focus areas.
• Own IT Availability and Value Delivery sub-risks within Huntington's IT Risk Framework.
• Oversee quarterly IT Risk Assessments and risk reporting to governance bodies.
